Head to Members → Add member. At minimum you need their name, email or phone, and a plan. If they'll be paying by card, tick "Charge card now" and enter the card in the tokenized form — the number never touches YogaOps's servers.
Family accounts: after adding the primary member, use "Add family member" from their profile to attach dependents. Everyone shares the primary's billing.
